Ingredients to make leftover roti pudding-
-4-5 stale rotis
-4 tbsp Desi Ghee
-1-1/2 bowl of stringless sugar syrup
-1 tsp cardamom powder
– Dry fruits as required

Recipe for making leftover bread pudding

To make this, first break the leftover rotis into small pieces.
Then put these pieces in a mixer jar and grind them to make a fine powder.
After this, put ghee in a pan and keep it to heat.
Then add bread crumbs into it and fry it well.
After this, add sugar syrup to it and mix it well.
Then add roasted cashews and almonds in it and mix it well.
After this, add cardamom powder to it, mix it well and turn off the gas.
Now your tasty leftover roti pudding is ready.
Then garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve it hot.
