Ingredients for making Paratha
Flour – 2 cups
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Spinach – 1 bunch
Milk – 1 cup
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
for stuffing
Sweet corn – 1 cup
Cheese – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/3 cup
Red capsicum – 1/3 cup
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – as required
salt – as per taste
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 1/3 cup
Ghee/butter – as needed
Paratha Recipe
If you want to make tasty and healthy paratha for breakfast for children, then first wash the spinach with clean water and cut it finely after breaking its thick stem. Now put wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients including red chili powder, coriander powder, chili flakes and mix it. Also add one spoon of oil to the flour. This will make the paratha crispy. After this add milk to the flour and knead it.

Now take another mixing bowl for stuffing the paratha and add crushed sweet corn, cheese, green-red capsicum and all other spices and mix well. After this, roll out a paratha by breaking the dough from the dough and fill the prepared stuffing in it. After this put some sesame seeds on the paratha and roll it into a triangle.
