Vandana says that children cannot be kept away from fast food but they can definitely be kept away from refined flour. This is the reason why apart from flour, they also have momos made from rice sheets.

Vandana further told that she is also serving Nepal’s famous Jhol Momo. It is prepared with soup. This includes authentic taste of Nepal. She had enjoyed this traditional taste as a vegetable since childhood but now she is serving it as fast food. He says that the people of Dehradun are very fond of eating momos and for those who have a craving for momos, many types of momos are served here. They have many varieties of momos to eat including veg momo, non-veg momo, egg momo, paneer momo, Italian momo, devil momo, potato momo.

Shinchan Momo is best for children
Vandana told that today’s children are fond of fast food and mostly like to eat momos. Their restaurant also has a special type of momo for children called Shinchan Momo. To make these, they do not use flour but instead stuff vegetables like capsicum, carrot, broccoli and paneer inside the rice flour, which do not cause any harm to the health of the children but are beneficial for them.
