Kishanganj, known as Cherrapunji of North India, receives more rainfall. In such a situation, in this rainy season, the aroma of kachdi, potato chop, violet, onion will pull you towards itself. Hasan Ansari is a pakoda seller near the bus stand of the city. At whose shop there is a long crowd of customers to eat potato chops, violets, onions and pickles. The sale takes place as soon as the pakodas come out of the oven. The demand is so much that people stand and wait for food.
Selling pakoras and potato chops for 20 years
Hasan Ansari is serving delicious pakoras, potato chops, violets and onions everyday to the winter-loving Kishanganj residents. The taste has also been maintained continuously for 20 years. People gather here to eat unique things ranging from moorhi, potato chop, onion, chili to brinjal pakoda. You can easily taste it for only 20 rupees. People don’t even wait for the pan to come out. Let’s extend our hands straight.
50 kg is consumed per day
Alam is that in just 4 hours of shopkeeping, more than 50 kg of dried gram, gram, onion and gram flour is consumed. The opening time of the shop is from 4 pm to 8 pm. Mudhi, Kachori and brinjal and bread pakoras which people come to eat. Talking to Local-18, Hasan Ansari said that we started this 20 years ago. Today our shop sells the maximum number of Mudhi, Onion Chilli and Potato Chop in the city. 50 kg material is consumed daily. Earning up to 2-3 thousand rupees per day. Everything from home to family to children’s education is completed from this shop.
