Ingredients for making gond laddoos
Gum (edible) – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1.5 cup
Cashew nuts chopped – 50 grams
Chopped almonds – 50 grams
Pistachios chopped – 50 grams
Watermelon seeds – 50 grams
Desi ghee – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup

Method for making gond laddoos
To make gond laddoos full of energy, first of all take a thick bottom pan and add ghee to it and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add gum to it and fry while stirring. When the color of the gond turns golden, turn off the gas and take out the gond in a bowl and let it cool. When the gond cools down, crush it coarsely. If you want, you can also grind the gum coarsely in the mixie.

Now heat the pan again and put flour in it and roast it on medium flame. Keep stirring continuously while baking the dough so that it does not burn. When the flour turns light pink, mix crushed gum, almonds, cashews, pistachios and watermelon seeds in it. After roasting for a while, turn off the gas. After this, take out the mixture in a big bowl and keep it to cool down.

Now take a big pan or tray and put the prepared mixture in it. Now add sugar as per taste and mix it well. Now take this prepared mixture in your hands and start tying laddoos with it. After set, store them in an airtight container.
