Actually, fishroll is such a food recipe, which can be prepared and eaten any time during the day. It is delicious and also easy to make. You can easily make it at home and give it the taste of a hotel or dhaba. If you want to prepare and eat it at home, then Dr. Rajendra Prasad, a Home Science student of Central Agricultural University, Pusa, is explaining the complete process. Student Sanu told that people can easily prepare fishrolls at home also. All they should have is fish, half-baked bread and necessary spices.
How to make Fish Roll
While talking to Local 18 Bihar, Sanu told that to make fish roll, first cut the fish finely. Then clean it thoroughly with water. Then, carefully take out the inside of the fish with a fork. After this, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, mangrela powder, meat masala, garam masala and salt in the fish and leave it for 2 hours. After this, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add onion and fry until its color becomes light golden. After this, put the fish along with ginger and garlic paste and red chilli in the pan with onion and fry it well and take it out.
Cook half the roti like this
Now in the second step, cook the half cooked roti thoroughly with oil on the tawa. When the roti is cooked, take it out and put the fish fry masala along with the gravy on it. In this way the fish roll will be ready. Later, serve it in a hot plate with chili sauce, tomato sauce and salad. This will taste very tasty.
