Shopkeeper Rajesh Yadav says that apart from Papdi Chaat, he also serves Gupchup to people. Customers who eat Papdi Chaat say that this is the most famous shop of Amarpur. At other places in the city, chaat is available for 35 rupees, but Rajesh Yadav’s cart chaat is still available for 25 rupees and the taste of his chaat is also amazing. He also says that he was not able to save money by working for others, so he started this in view of the financial crisis. He sells goods worth 4500 to 5500 rupees daily.
