Nowadays, due to stress and unhealthy lifestyle, many girls have started having problems with periods. Some people get their periods very early or very late. Due to which the problem increases further. But do you know that just doing three yoga asanas without any medicine can provide relief from irregular periods. Problem of irregular periods
First of all, it is very troublesome for women, due to irregular periods they are not able to plan their daily activities and lifestyle properly. Sometimes periods come early and sometimes very late. This increases mental stress and anxiety. Irregular periods sometimes cause heavy bleeding which can be harmful to health. Lack of blood causes weakness, fatigue and dizziness. Many times it has also been seen that due to irregular periods, abnormal changes can occur in the uterus. This can cause problems in conceiving in the future, hence, irregular periods should be a matter of concern for any woman. A doctor should be consulted in time. Things like lifestyle changes and yoga-exercise can also prove helpful.

Malasana
Malasana is a sitting posture that helps in keeping the hips, legs and spine flexible. This asana is also very beneficial for the health of the uterus and ovaries. To do this asana, stand straight and keep the feet wider than the shoulders. Slowly sit down, bending your knees and hips, so that your feet come below your hips. Place your hands on your knees and activate your core. Remain in this posture for 10-30 seconds. To get out, slowly lift yourself up with the help of your hands. Regular practice of this asana can provide relief from irregular periods. It strengthens the muscles of the uterus area and is helpful in maintaining hormonal balance.

Vajrasana
Vajrasana is a sitting yoga pose that flexes the hips, legs and spine. To do this asana, first sit on the ground with your legs bent backwards and keep your spine straight. Then close your eyes and place your hands on your knees and remain in this posture while reciting a mantra. This asana provides relief from stomach related problems, waist and hip pain and menstrual related problems like pain during periods and irregular urination.

Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana is a yoga pose that strengthens the back, shoulders and neck. To do this, first lie down on your stomach and place your hands on either side of the head. Then slowly come into the posture by raising the shoulders and chest, and also tilt the head backwards. Keep breathing during this time. Remain for 30 to 60 seconds. Regularly doing Bhujangasana reduces period problems, neck and shoulder pain, belly fat and muscle problems. This is a very beneficial yoga asana.
