IMD Weather Forecast rainfall and heatwave condition across several state in India know full details


IMD Weather Forecast: The India Meteorological Department has issued a forecast predicting rain and heatwave conditions in many states of the country in the coming days. IMD also said in the weather forecast that there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall in some parts of the country and high temperatures at many places. Heat wave has been predicted especially in the plain areas.

IMD had already warned of severe heat in many states in the coming months. The Meteorological Department has predicted 10 to 20 heatwave days in many parts of the country in the coming days compared to the normal 4 to 8 days.

According to the bulletin of the Meteorological Department, till April 7, heat wave conditions will prevail in different areas of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Telangana, North Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and some parts of Odisha. There is a possibility of more than normal heat even at night in different parts of these states. Due to this, people may have to face big problems.

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has also predicted that till April 5, there will be strong possibility of heat as well as moisture in some parts of Kerala, Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Coastal Karnataka, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. There is a possibility.

There will be light to moderate rain in the north-eastern states

According to IMD, there will be respite from the heat due to light to moderate rain in many states. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershowers in Northeast India till April 9. Especially in states like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, widespread light to moderate rain has been predicted.

Mansukh Mandaviya had a review meeting with the states

On the other hand, a review meeting was held recently by Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya regarding the preparations of the states to deal with diseases related to the summer season. Instructions were also issued to the Chief Secretaries of all the states and union territories. States were given strict instructions to take appropriate action and arrangements as soon as they received the alert from the Meteorological Department (IMD).
