The shop owner Mukesh Bhatnagar told in a conversation with Local 18 that his family is already associated with the business of salty before independence. His grandfather-grandfather started it, which he is now carrying forward.
Mukesh Bhatnagar told that, the specialty of his shop is that every salty is used at home, which costs up to about 2800 rupees per kg. This masala is completely pure, which keeps the taste of salty intact. He told that fresh salty is prepared every day, so people also like the salty of their shop.
