Surya Dinesh Reddy says that the taste of his idli, dosa and sambar is absolutely authentic. That’s why customers like it a lot. But the recipe for making it all belongs to his mother. He has not increased the price of his dosa for the last two years and has kept it at only Rs 60. Along with this, Dinesh takes full care of hygiene. Right now Dinesh does not have any shop and there is so much demand for his idli, dosa and sambar in his small stall that everything gets finished in 4 to 5 hours. Surya Dinesh sells around 100 pieces of itali dosa in a day. Surya tells that onion paste is used in his mother’s recipe, which makes it even more delicious.
