This matter has become a topic of discussion in the entire region. All the girls are said to be under 1 kg and both mother and child are healthy. The people around are considering it no less than a miracle. Dr. Farzana, who conducted the delivery of the woman, said that the case was challenging and such cases are seen very rarely. All the children were born through normal delivery.

Actually, this matter is of Pothia block of Kishanganj district. Tahira Begum, 20, resident of Jalmilik village of Thakurganj Kanakpur Panchayat, was undergoing treatment in a private nursing home. Tahira told that when she was 2 months pregnant, she came to know that there were four children in her stomach. Later, when she went to the doctor for a checkup, she found out that there were not four but five children. Initially she was very scared, but the doctor assured her and said that everything would be fine.
The case was challenging
Dr. Farzana, who performed the delivery, said that such cases occur very rarely. When the diagnosis was made in ultrasound, the woman got scared, but we encouraged her. Regular check ups continued for the entire 9 months. Last Saturday morning, Tahira suffered labor pain and was admitted to the clinic. The case was quite challenging but we gave priority to normal delivery. The patient gave birth to 5 girls through normal delivery. The patient and her daughters are healthy. Let us tell you that this time Tahira has become a mother for the second time. The woman is already the mother of a three-year-old son. Now he has 6 children.
