During the treatment of a man suffering from cancer, the doctors said that if he did not cut the private part, he could die. But later some other truth came to the fore.

The victim is the father of three children. In 2014, he was diagnosed with his serious illness. At the age of just 30, he got cancer named Carcinoma. After being diagnosed, he was treated at the Nantes University Hospital. Where due to a negligence of the doctors, the cancer spread so much that it reached the private part of the person. The result of which was that the doctors cut off the private part saying that if they do not do so, the person may die. However, when the investigation came in this matter, the court passed an order to give ₹ 54 lakh to the victim as compensation to the hospital.

A hearing was held in the Administrative Court of Nantes in the matter of medical negligence with the man. Where it became clear in the investigation that due to the mistakes made by the doctors during the surgery of the victim patient, the cancer had spread to the private part. Due to which the person was forced to bear immense pain. Once it got to such an extent that he himself started trying to remove his private part. But then his wife had stopped him by persuading him. On the other hand, in this case, a doctor from Leon claimed that within a year, the man’s tumor had grown so much that there was no way left except to remove his private part, otherwise he could have died. But now it has come to know that the doctors made a mistake in understanding the disease itself. As a result of which the person had to suffer.
