Ingredients for making corn cheela
Corn kernels – 2 bowls
Onion – 1
Gram flour – 1 bowl
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Cabbage finely chopped – 1 bowl
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Garlic-ginger paste – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Corn Chilla
To make corn cheela, first take corn with soft grains. Now take out the grains from the corn and put them in the mixer and grind them coarsely. Now take out this paste of corn in a mixing bowl and add gram flour to it and mix it well. Finely chop its cabbage, onion, tomato and capsicum. After saving a little chopped vegetables, put all the rest in the corn-besan mixture and mix properly.

Now add all the spices including ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, red chilli in the mixture and finally add salt as per taste. Now add some water to the mixture and make a paste of chile.

Take a nonstick pan and heat it on medium heat. After the griddle gets hot, spread some oil on it. Now take chili paste in a bowl and put it on the griddle and spread it. After some time put some pieces of chopped onion, tomato, capsicum on top of the cheela and do the topping. After this, turning the cheela, roast it till it becomes light golden from both the sides. After this take it off in a plate. Similarly, prepare all the corn cheelas from the paste. Bhutta ke cheela can be eaten for breakfast or at any time of the day.
