Can’t buy land at these places

Himachal Pradesh is also very famous for its hill stations in India. But here outsiders are not allowed to buy property. Let us tell you that Section 118 of the Land Act of 1972 came into effect and according to this, no non-farmer or outsider can buy agricultural land in Himachal Pradesh.

Can’t buy property in Nagaland

Apart from this, you cannot buy land in Nagaland. Because with the formation of the state in the year 1963, the provision of Article 371A was given as a special right. According to which buying land is not allowed here.

You cannot buy property in Sikkim

Apart from this, outsiders cannot buy land in Sikkim. Only residents of Sikkim can buy land in Sikkim. Article 371AF of the Constitution of India, which provides special provisions to Sikkim, prohibits sale and purchase of land or property involving outsiders to outsiders. 

Can’t buy land in Arunachal Pradesh

Let us tell you that Arunachal Pradesh is one of the famous tourist destinations of India. But buying property is not allowed at this place also. Here agricultural land is transferred only after government approval. Apart from these places, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Manipur are also such states, where there are many laws and rules related to buying property. Apart from this, residents of North East also cannot buy land in each other’s state.
