India vs Australia, 4th Test: When the game ended on the second day of the Ahmedabad Test match, the Indian team had scored 36 runs without any loss. Earlier, the first innings of the Australian team was reduced to a score of 480, in which Ravichandran Ashwin took 6 wickets for the Indian team. His excellent bowling has been praised by former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly by tweeting.
The first 3 Test matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia ended within just 3 days, in which the dominance of the spin bowlers was clearly visible. At the same time, the pitch of the Ahmedabad Test match has completely appeared favorable for batting after the first 2 days have passed. The Kangaroo team scored 480 runs in their first innings, in which Usman Khawaja scored 180 runs while Cameron Green played a brilliant inning of 114 runs.

Ravichandran Ashwin took 6 wickets for the Indian team, giving 91 runs in 47.2 overs during this innings. On this bowling of his, Sourav Ganguly tweeted that it is good to see Ashwin bowling so well on a good pitch.. Class will always be seen.. Hope it will be a good test match. After playing on some difficult pitches, it is a good opportunity for the Indian batsmen to bat on this pitch in this series.
Ashwin became the highest wicket-taker in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy
Ashwin has now become the highest wicket-taker for India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Ashwin now has 113 wickets in Test cricket against Australia, while earlier this record was in the name of former Indian captain Anil Kumble, who took 111 wickets against Australia in Test cricket.
