On January 3, in the block premises in front of Tappal police station in Aligarh, National President of Rashtriya Kisan Mazdoor Union Chaudhary Ramesh Attri informed the officials to submit a memorandum due to various problems of the farmers. No officer arrived to take the memorandum till 3 pm. Union officials along with the farmers sat on an indefinite strike in the bitter cold.

National President of Rashtriya Kisan Mazdoor Union Chaudhary Ramesh Atri said that Panchayat was held in the Tappal Block premises, in which no employee or officer of the Block Revenue Department came. An indefinite strike was started on this. The strike was going on till the news was written.
It is known that the Rashtriya Kisan Mazdoor Union submitted two memorandums to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, District Magistrate, CMO and Khair Sub-District Magistrate to Tappal police station in-charge Arun Chaudhary regarding the construction of Trauma Center in Tappal and various demands of the farmers. It was told in the memorandum that major accidents keep happening in Tappal area every day. The injured are taken to Aligarh or Noida for treatment. Many times the injured die on the way due to lack of timely treatment. Trauma center should be built in Tappal area.
