Biswa ijtema in bangladesh: Biswa Ijtema is going to be organized among the largest Islamic conference of Muslims amidst political instability and spreading unrest in Bangladesh. The first phase of which is going to start on the banks of the Turag River in Bangladesh on tomorrow i.e. Friday (31 January 2025). At the same time, India’s well-known Maulana Saad Kandhalvi is also going to attend the Biswa Ijteme to be held in Bangladesh.

Last year, there was a clash between followers

In December last year, there was a clash between the Indian Maulana Saad and the followers of Maulana Zubair Ahmed of Bangladesh over the control of the Ijteme ground. After the clash, at least four people of both groups were killed and 50 people were injured.

Biswa Ijtema will be organized in two phases

Keeping in mind the clash last year, this time after the consent of both groups, this Biswa Ijteme has been divided into two stages. The first phase of which will be from January 31, 2025 to February 5, in which the followers of Maulana Zubair Ahmed will take part in it. At the same time, the second phase will be held from 14 to 16 February 2025, which will include followers of Indian Maulana Saad.

There will be two profits for the first time

This is the first time that two Mutjat (closing prayer) will be done in Biswa Ijteme. Actually, Maulana Saad, who is the rich of Tabligi Jamaat in Bangladesh and Maulana Zubair Ahmed whose Jamaat is known as Tabligi Jamaat Bangladesh (Zubair Gut). There was a clash between the large number of followers and supporters of both Maulana over the ground of the Ijteme in December last year, after which the solution was taken out through two phases of the Ijte.

Law and order has been tightened about the Ijteme. Inspector General of Police Baharul Alam said that he hoped that the 58th Biswa Ijtema will be held in a peaceful manner. He has assured that he is ready to deal with any situation.

Maulana Saad’s visit can improve relations with India

Indian Maulana Saad has a very good influence in the whole of Bangladesh. After going on a visit to Bangladesh, he can also meet many big officials and leaders of the interim government of Bangladesh. In such a situation, it is being speculated that he can reduce the sourness of relations between India and Bangladesh with this journey.
