Indian Rashtriya Lok Dal (INLD), which has a strong hold in Haryana politics, may form an alliance with Bahujan Samaj Party in the upcoming assembly elections in the state. On Saturday, INLD’s National General Secretary Abhay Singh Chautala met BSP supremo Mayawati at her residence in Delhi. Many important issues were discussed between the two leaders. During this, BSP’s National Coordinator Akash Anand and National Vice President Anand Kumar were also present.

Let us tell you that BSP and INLD had fought elections together six years ago. Before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, both the parties had separated. Assembly elections are to be held soon in Haryana, due to which political activities have started increasing. In such a situation, the meeting between Abhay Singh Chautala and Mayawati is indicating a re-alliance between the two parties. Let us tell you that in Haryana, INLD has a strong hold on the Jat vote bank, while BSP has a strong hold on the Dalit vote bank. In the hope of returning to power in Haryana, INLD has started getting closer to BSP. Abhay Chautala on Sunday condemned the murder of BSP state president K. Armstrong in Tamil Nadu.

On the other hand, BSP supremo Mayawati and Akash Anand went to Chennai on Sunday and paid tribute to the party state president K. Armstrong and consoled his family members. The BSP supremo also demanded the Tamil Nadu government to take strict action against the culprits of this murder.
