Unified Payments Interface: The online payment system in India is growing very fast. In the last 5-6 years, the trend of online payment and online shopping has increased rapidly in India. UPI i.e. Unified Payments Interface is such a payment system, through which you can transact money through any payment app in a jiffy. Now this payment system of India works not only in India but also in seven other countries.

A map of the world was shared by the Government of India (MyGovIndia), in which the countries where UPAI can now be used were highlighted. In fact, India’s digital payment system UPI was recently launched in Sri Lanka and Mauritius as well, after which the Indian government showed the list of countries in the world where people can use UPI. UPI payment started in UAE also
Apart from India, India’s payment system i.e. UPI has started working in these seven countries. However, apart from these, PM Modi, who recently visited UAE, has also announced the launch of UPI in UAE. India’s digital payment system UPI will work in collaboration with UAE’s digital payment system AANI. Apart from this, PM Modi has also launched India’s RuPay card in UAE.
