A major change has been made in the advance ticket booking system of Indian Railways. Now advance reservation of seats in trains will start 60 days in advance. Earlier, passengers used to start booking tickets 120 days before their travel plans. Let us know when this rule of Railways will come into effect and what will happen to the passengers whose tickets are already booked? Apart from this, there is also a question that in those trains in which all the seats have been booked 120 days in advance, will seats be available again?

How to get tickets in fully booked trains?
The new rule of Railways has increased the heartbeats of many passengers. In fact, there are many railway routes in the country where seats in trains become full as soon as the 120 day limit starts. In such a situation, the question is how will the passengers get tickets in these trains. For example, if we look at the booking of Goa Express from New Delhi to Pune at present, there is 11 waiting list on 11 January 2025. There are three RACs waiting on 12th January, one RAC on 13th February, five RACs on 14th February and two waiting on 15th January. Now, after the implementation of the advance reservation system 60 days in advance on November 1, the Railway Ministry has not given any information on how people will get the tickets. Let us tell you that due to the new rule, passengers may have to face trouble for booking tickets in December 2024, January 2025 and February 2025.
