Stock Market Opening On 16th February 2023: Due to the rise in the stock markets around the world, the Indian stock market opened with a boom in Thursday’s trading session. The stock markets of Asian countries are trading fast, due to which the Indian market is also booming. The BSE Sensex opened at 61,566 with a jump of 291 points, while the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty opened at 18,094 with a jump of 79 points. The speed in the market has increased further and Sensex 386 and Nifty are now trading with a gain of more than 100 points.

Today, shares of all sectors are trading fast in the Indian stock market. Banking, IT, Auto, Metals, Pharma, Media, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infra, FMCG’s credit consumer durables sector stocks are on the rise. Nifty Bank is trading at 41,920 points with a gain of 200 points. All 30 Sensex stocks are trading with a boom. Whereas, out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 46 stocks are trading with a boom and only 4 with a decline.

In the US, the Dow Jones closed up 39 points while the Nasdaq closed up 110 points. After which Nikkei is trading in Asian markets with a gain of 0.73 percent, Straight Times 1.23 percent, Hangseng 2.08 percent, Taiwan 0.89 percent, Kospi 1.85 percent, Shanghai 0.77 percent. Only the market of Jakarta is in decline.
