Joint Commissioner Birendra Kumar Singh said that the land has been transferred in the name of the Industry Department. The responsibility of its construction has been given to UPSID. A double storey building of flat and factory will be built in it. DPR has been prepared for this and it has been sent to the government. The construction of flat and factory will be completed in a period of one to one and a half years.
