1- Filter the gram flour and take it out in a vessel. Prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little. Keep stirring it continuously so that there are no lumps in it.

3- To make a steamer, take a deep kadai or pan. Put 1.5 cups of water in it and place a stand on it. There is no need to fill the pan completely with water. Steam will be formed easily with this much water. Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes.
