Trikonasana
To do this yoga, first take a mat and then stand straight on that yoga mat. After that keep your hands beside your thighs and then spread them till your shoulders. After that, while breathing slowly, take your right hand above your head. During this, touch your ear with your hand. Now while exhaling, bend your body towards the left. Keep in mind that your knees should not bend during this. Sit in this posture for some time and then come back to normal state. Now repeat this asana 3-5 times.
bridge pose
To do this asana, lie down comfortably on your back on the ground. And then bend your knees and place the soles on the ground. Hold the ankles of your feet with both your hands and slowly lift your body while breathing. Stay in this posture for 1-2 minutes. After this, exhale and come back to the same posture.
Virabhadrasana
Stand straight on the yoga mat and then spread both your legs and keep a distance of 2-3 feet between the legs. Keep your hands at shoulder level and then rotate your right leg at a 90 degree angle. Stretch the left leg backwards and then keep the head towards the right leg and hand. Stay in this position for 5-60 seconds. Now you can do this process 3-5 times.
Vrikshasana
Stand straight on the yoga mat and then bend your right leg towards the knee and the right foot towards the left side of the sole. During this, try to keep the thighs together. During this, the heel should be upwards and the toes should be towards the ground. Put the weight of the body on the left and try to stand straight. After this, take a long and deep breath and do Namaskar by taking both the hands above the head. Keep your body in this posture as long as you can. After this, come back to the posture while exhaling deeply.
