Question- You have also been a mayor and have been working on important positions in the party organization for a long time. Understands the pulse of the public very well. You tell me why the people of East Delhi should choose you as their MP?
Answer- See, we all are seeing how fast the country is developing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. No citizen of the country wants to stop this pace of development. Now that India is moving towards becoming the third largest economy in the world, people want that the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi should be strengthened further. There can be no bigger reason than this for choosing a BJP candidate.
But as far as you have talked about working for the public, today itself we have put forward some initial points before the public. Establishing a large multi-specialty hospital in East Delhi, opening the East Campus of Delhi University so that our children can get the best education close to their homes, will be my biggest priorities. Apart from this, it will be our priority to develop scenic tourist places on the Eastern Ghats of Yamuna. Many other tasks have also been decided on the advice of the public. Soon this entire plan will be revealed to all of you.
Question- But the biggest problem of East Delhi is filth, the mountain of garbage of Ghazipur and traffic. What plan do you have for this?
Answer- We are seeing that even after coming to power in MCD, Aam Aadmi Party has failed miserably in keeping Delhi clean. We will work to keep every corner of East Delhi clean. During the time of former BJP MP from East Delhi, Gautam Gambhir, the work of reducing the height of the garbage mountain of Ghazipur by installing big machines has been started. Will take it forward at more speed. The way Prime Minister Modi has expanded the Metro in Delhi, it will help in improving the traffic situation. There is also a goal to improve the parking system.
Question- There is also a question that on which issue will the public vote this time? She will vote on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Centre’s model, or Arvind Kejriwal’s Delhi model.
Answer- I think the whole world is watching and praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development model. The country has been transformed from the 11th largest economy to the fifth largest economy in the world, so now we are moving towards becoming the third largest economy. The Central Government has presented a model of developing every poor, deprived and backward section of the society. On the other hand, in his Delhi model, Arvind Kejriwal had given permission to open liquor shops in every street and locality to make the people of Delhi drunk. Delhi is seeing how scams are going on in the name of health and education. Along with water, even medicines are being scammed. In such a situation, I think that while casting their vote, the public will definitely keep in mind the achievements of the Central Government and the corruption of Arvind Kejriwal.
Question- Aam Aadmi Party alleges that the Enforcement Directorate’s investigation on Arvind Kejriwal is politically motivated. What will you say?
Answer- I think the people of Delhi will answer this question to Arvind Kejriwal. Arvind Kejriwal knows how many stains he has on his back, he knows that if not today or tomorrow, he will have to pay for the sins he has committed against the people of Delhi. This is why nothing will be achieved by merely blaming others. He will have to answer in the people’s court of Delhi.
Question- Your rival Kuldeep Kumar claims that he will get a big victory from East Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are contesting elections together, how much impact will it have?
Answer- If Aam Aadmi Party had built even one new school among the 500 schools it claims, they would have been entitled to get votes today. If the Aam Aadmi Party had not opened liquor shops in every street of Delhi and had not committed scams in everything from medicines to water, they would have been entitled to get votes from the public. The public will teach a lesson to anyone who has not done any work. With the confidence of the public, I can say that BJP will score a hat-trick of victory on all the seven seats of Delhi. On the basis of last time’s vote figures, we can say that last time both of them separately brought zero, this time together they will bring ‘double zero’.
