Majjin Bu on X (old name Twitter) and Ovo on Weibo have shared a leaked report about the battery of the iPhone 16 series. Majjin Bu has compared the battery of iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 in a post on X, which is as follows:
- The base variant of iPhone 15 has a battery of 3,349mAh, and the base variant of iPhone 16 can have a battery of 3,561mAh.
- The Plus variant of iPhone 15 has a 4,383mAh battery, and the base variant of iPhone 16 can have a 4,006mAh battery.
- The Pro variant of iPhone 15 has a 3,274mAh battery, and the base variant of iPhone 16 can have a 3,355mAh battery.
- The Pro Max variant of iPhone 15 has a 4,422mAh battery, and the base variant of iPhone 16 can have a 4,676mAh battery.
Will the iPhone Plus model have a smaller battery?
In this leaked report, you can see that the Plus model of the iPhone 16 series is said to have a smaller battery than the iPhone 15 Plus, whereas all the other models of the iPhone 16 are said to have a bigger battery than the old iPhone series.
