Many users have complained that the website of IRCTC is down and they are having trouble booking Tatkal tickets. On X, many people have said that the app and website are down. However, IRCTC has denied any kind of problem. IRCTC replied with its official handle that the website is working properly and there is no problem in booking.

Complaints from many parts

According to the outage trekking website Dowdatector, complaints started coming from 8 am regarding the obstruction of IRCTC services and in 8.20 minutes they saw a sharp jump. Most of the users who complained here said that they are facing problems in the app, while some said that the website is down. Immediate booking of Indian Railways starts at 10 am. In such a situation, people’s problems increased due to server down before this. According to reports, complaints of IRCTC’s server down were reported from many parts of the country. These include Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Chennai etc.

IRCTC said- no problem

Responding to the complaint of a user, IRCTC said that the website is going well and there is no problem in the booking. There may be some temporary issue. Try again after clearing browsing history and cash.

The server has been down several times before

This is not the first time people have complained about IRCTC server down. In the last few months, this problem of passengers has been faced many times.
