Pregnant women should keep these things in mind while fasting

- Keep eating and drinking little by little at an interval of every 2 hours, take more and more liquid things like coconut water, juice during the fast so that the body gets nutrients.
- Do not let there be a shortage of water in the body. Drink plenty of water, so that you do not have the problem of dehydration.
- Avoid fried things, eat more nutritious things, do not consume too much tea and coffee.
- Eat 2 to 3 such fruits throughout the day that give you energy.
- Consume rock salt, it can remove weakness.
- Take care of your child’s movement during fasting, if you feel any problem, contact the doctor immediately.
