Simple way to make kheel recipe,
Kheel laddu-
Material:
– 1 cup kheel
– 1/2 cup jaggery (grated)
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, raisins)
– 1/2 teaspoon ghee
– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Method of preparation: First of all, heat ghee in a pan, add kheel in it and fry it lightly. Fry it until it turns golden and then turn off the flame. Add jaggery and some water in the same pan and let the jaggery cook on low flame. Cook it until it dissolves completely. Now add roasted kheel, chopped nuts and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup and mix well. When it cools down slightly, hold it in your hands and shape it into laddu. Serve once it cools down.
Kheel Snacks-
Material:
– 1 cup kheel
– 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted)
– 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (tomato, onion, green chilli)
– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
– salt to taste
– 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
– Green coriander (for decoration)

Method of preparation:
Soak the kheel in water for 5-10 minutes and then filter it thoroughly. Now add soaked kheel, peanuts, chopped vegetables, turmeric, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix everything well. Take out the kheel snacks in a plate and sprinkle green coriander on top.
