Loong fodder is beneficial and useful for cattle. Khejri Loong grown naturally in fields and pastures is harvested once a year. It is used as green fodder for sheep and goats. Khejri is an important tree for goats, sheep and camels. Its leaves are no less than almonds for dairy animals. People eat the long beans (Sangari) of this tree with great relish, because it is nutritious and tasty.
