Tour guide Narayan Salvi tells that Sahelion ki Bari was built by Maharana Sanjay Singh in 1710-1734. This garden was built for the queen and her 48 friends, hence it is called ‘Sahelion ki Bari’. People also know it by the name of Maiden’s Garden. Gardens, fountains, marble pillars and use of marble can be seen in the garden. Its design is made of Hindu and Mughal architecture. This garden is spread over an area of about 6.5 acres. There is also a museum in this garden, where interesting information related to history is available.

There is a ticket to go to Sahelion ki Baari. You have to buy a ticket of 20 rupees. Whereas, if foreigners are going here, they have to buy a ticket of 100 rupees.
