He told that Ghevar is fried in desi ghee. These ghevar are roasted at normal temperature. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook Ghevar. After frying, the ghee applied in the ghevar slowly starts flowing and after 10 minutes the ghevar is put in the syrup. After 10 minutes, Ghevar is ready to eat.
Rabri Ghevar is special
Dhanaram told that initially he used to make four-five quintals of ghevar. Now gradually the demand increased and now he makes seven-eight quintals in a year. Giving information about the rate of Ghevar, it was said that the rate of 1 kg Ghevar is Rs 500. Dhanaram told that Rabri Ghevar is a different Ghevar. To make it, milk cream is made and that milk cream is added to it. Also Rabri Ghevar is decorated with dry fruits. It is decorated by adding almonds and cherries. Its rate is different, the rate of Rabdi Ghewari is Rs 600 per kg. He told that at the time of Makar Sankranti the demand for Ghevar starts increasing and only then more sales are made.
