Today, on 9 August, he also addressed Jaya Bachchan by the same name. After which she got angry and said- ‘I am an artist. I understand body language and expressions. But your tone is not right. We are your colleagues but your tone is unacceptable.’

Why does Jaya get angry?
When Jaya Bachchan was addressed as Jaya Amitabh Bachchan for the first time, she said- ‘This is something new that women are known by their husband’s name. They have no existence. They have no achievements in themselves.’ Jaya Bachchan gets angry when women are called by their husband’s name. She says that women have their own identity and they should be known by that only.

Some time ago, Jagdeep Dhankhar had once again called Jaya Bachchan by adding her husband’s name.
