JEE Mains Session 2 Result 2024: The BE-B.Tech examination of April attempt of JEE-Main, one of the biggest engineering entrance examinations of the country, has been completed between 4th to 9th April. Candidates are now waiting for their April exam question paper, provisional answer key and recorded response. About 12 lakh 57 thousand students had registered for this examination held in April. The results of this examination will be released on 25th April. Which candidates will be able to see on the official site jeemain.nta.ac.in.
According to reports, the question papers, provisional answer keys and recorded responses of April exam will be released in two-three days. This year, there have been 15 lakh unique candidates in both the JEE-Main sessions together. Students will get a college on the basis of their JEE-Main score. The results of this examination will be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 25th April.
This number of students will be eligible for JEE-Advanced
Only 2.50 lakh students selected top in all categories are declared eligible for JEE-Advanced. In such a situation, according to the information released earlier by IIT Madras, the registration process of JEE-Advanced was to start from April 21. But now NTA is proposed to release the results of JEE-Main on 25th April. In such a situation, registration for JEE-Advanced will not be started until the results of JEE Main are released.
When will you be able to apply?
Now students will be able to apply for JEE Advanced exam from 27th April to 7th May. After qualifying the cutoff of JEE-Main, only 2.50 lakh students will be able to register for JEE-Advanced with their JEE-Main application number and password created during the application. According to reports, these include 1,01,250 students of general category, 67500 of OBC, 25,000 of EWS, 37,500 of SC and 18750 of ST.
