Jio Down: The network of Mukesh Ambani’s company Reliance Jio has gone down in Mumbai. Some users using Jio network SIM have posted about it on Twitter (old name Twitter). At the same time, some users have even started trolling Mukesh Ambani.
On Elon Musk’s social media platform X, many users living in Mumbai have posted screenshots of their phones and informed that Jio’s network is not working on their phones and because of this they are unable to call or message anyone.
More than 10,000 people complained
We also checked on Down Detector, a website that collects reports on server downs, and found that from around 11:15 am on 17 September 2024 to 12:30 pm (till the time of writing this news), more than 10,000 reports had been registered about Jio server down.
This clearly means that Jio users are facing problems in using Jio SIM services. In the screenshots shared by people, it can be seen that Airtel’s network is coming in the mobile phone, but Jio’s network is not coming at all.

There was a problem with Jio fiber as well
Let us tell you that along with Jio’s mobile network, users are also facing problems in using Jio’s broadband service i.e. Jio Fiber. Many users have also informed on social media that they are suddenly not able to use Jio Fiber’s service.
At the time of writing this news, Reliance Jio has not given any official information on this major outage. Now it remains to be seen what statement comes from Jio regarding this and when this problem of Jio users ends.
