There has been a dispute going on for a long time between the headmaster and the teacher in Inayatpur Primary School. On Saturday, there was a fierce fight between the two over showing an absent teacher as present. Seeing the scene, the frightened children ran away from the school. On getting information about the fight, senior officers also reached the spot and investigated.

There is a dispute going on between the headmaster Alok Dubey and teacher Ashutosh Mishra of the primary school located in Inayatpur village of Jalalabad block. Teacher Vijay Kumar did not come to school on Saturday, but the headmaster showed the teacher present in the register. There was a dispute between the headmaster and the teacher over this. It is alleged that the headmaster started abusing and beating him.
Soon a crowd of villagers gathered. On getting information about the fight, Jalalabad BEO Shivendra Verma reached the spot and pacified the matter. Villagers told that two-three days ago also there was a fight between the teacher and the headmaster Alok Dubey over the poor quality of the food prepared in the mid-day meal given to the children in the school. BSA Sandeep Kumar said that information about the incident has been received. The BEO has been sent to the spot and investigation has been done. Further action will be taken on the basis of the investigation report.
Teachers and Shikshamitras do not come
Villagers said that the teacher posted in the school, Vijay Kumar and Shiksha Mitra are mostly absent from the school. The responsibility of teaching all the children rests on teacher Ashutosh Mishra. The headmaster shows the teachers and Shiksha Mitra who are absent from the school as present. There is also a mutual animosity over this.
