The recognition of both the Mardas Falah Darain Sabiri and Nisbah of the father and son who defrauded people of crores of rupees by digitally arresting them will be cancelled. After investigation, the District Minority Welfare Officer has sent the report to the Madrasa Board. Both the accused were arrested by Indore Police of Madhya Pradesh last Saturday. The accused were transferring the fraudulent amount into the accounts of madrassas.

Falah Darain Sabiri Madrasa Committee and Madrasa Nisbah Falah Darain Sabiri are operated in village Sataura of Tirwa area. There are separate arrangements for boys and girls in both the madrassas. District Minority Welfare Officer Jitendra Kumar visited both the madrassas and inspected them on the spot and found that the accounts of the madrassas had been opened in private banks. Whereas, the Madrasa Education Council has a rule to open accounts only in nationalized banks.
Asad Ahmed Khan, vice president of Falah Darain Sabiri Madrasa Committee, opened an account in ICICI Bank in an illegal manner. The fraudulent amount was transferred to this account through digital arrest, so that the bank would know that donation money was coming into it. Chairman Ali Ahmed Khan and his son Asad Ahmed Khan were arrested by Indore Police in a cyber fraud case. Investigation revealed that out of all the money coming into the accounts of madrassas, 50 percent was given to cyber thugs. After September 11, nine people had transferred about Rs 1.5 crore to this account. In this, Rs 46 lakh was transferred from a woman from Indore and Rs 23 lakh was transferred from a woman from Nashik. District Minority Welfare Officer said that the recommendation for withdrawal of recognition of both the madrassas has been sent to the Registrar of Madrassa Education Council. The children of these madrassas will be transferred to other madrassas.
