The police have registered a case against 28 people including a BJP leader in the case of firing by goons in Kazikheda of Chakeri in Kanpur for supremacy and injuring a young man. The police is conducting raids in search of the accused. On Monday evening, Rohit Gautam, a resident of Kazikheda, was getting his beard trimmed in a salon. During this time, a young man named Bugga, a resident of Safipur, came there with his friends and opened fire on him.
Rohit lost one of his fingers when he tried to save himself. On the basis of Rohit’s complaint, the police have registered a case against accused Bugga, BJP leader Anshu Gupta, Raju Pagal and 25 unknown people. It should be noted that earlier also Anshu Gupta had pushed the police who had gone to arrest the accused in a case of assault near the assembly speaker’s house and got the accused released. The video of the scuffle also went viral on social media but due to the ruling party, the police did not take any action at that time also. Police station in-charge Ashok Dubey said that a case has been registered and the accused are being searched.
