Widow Noor Fatma, living in Pioneer Compound, Hiraman Ka Purva of Bekanganj, told that she has a house in Colonelganj Chudiwali Gali. After the death of her husband, she had gone to the Municipal Corporation to reject the registration of the house in her name. Then former councilor Bholu said that give us a part of the house for use, we will vacate it whenever you ask. We will get the house allotted to you in the Municipal Corporation. Noor Fatma alleges that Bholu gradually took over the entire house and kept outsiders in it.

It is alleged that Bholu has demanded extortion money of Rs 20 lakh in exchange for vacating the house. If he did not give it, he and his daughters were threatened with death. Being the associate of the MLA, the Colonelganj police did not take any action when he complained. In April this year, he complained about the matter to the Chief Minister. After this the police filed a report against Bholu, his brother-in-law Azam, Ikram and wife Shabnam. ADCP Central Mahesh Kumar said that the matter is being investigated.
