Karnataka Women Killed Husband: A case has come to light from Belagavi, Karnataka, where a woman first murdered her husband and then crushed his face with a stone. Even after this he was not satisfied, so his body was cut into two pieces. The woman has been arrested for this horrific murder of her husband.

According to PTI report, on Thursday (January 2, 2024), police said that the woman allegedly strangulated her 40-year-old husband Shrimant Itnali and then crushed his face with a stone. Police officials said that after this he cut her body into two pieces so that he could take it away from his home.

Dead body found two days after murder

Belagavi Superintendent of Police Bhimashankar Guled said that the husband’s body was found on December 10 in Umrani village of Chikkodi taluk of Belagavi. The SP said in a media briefing on Thursday, “A three-member team led by the Deputy Superintendent of Police camped in the village and investigated the case. The police initially did not suspect Savitri, but later brought her for questioning. However She did not agree at first, but later confessed to the crime, the SP said, adding that the incident had taken place on December 8, two days before the body was found.

Husband wanted to buy a motorcycle by selling land

According to the police, Srimantha Itnali was an alcoholic and used to harass his wife for money. On December 8, the day of the murder, he had a fight with his wife over land. He wanted his wife to sell the land and buy him a new motorcycle. The wife reportedly confessed that she killed her husband while he was sleeping outside.

How to kill?

“She first strangled him and when he became unconscious, she crushed his face with a stone lying nearby and then threw the stone in the well,” the SP said. He said the wife also threw the barrels she had brought with her. ”
