MUDA Land Scam Case: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s troubles have increased in the MUDA land scam case. Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot has given permission to prosecute Siddaramaiah.

According to the information, activist TJ Abraham had requested the Governor to give permission to file a complaint against the CM in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) land allotment case. The Governor has given this approval on the basis of the complaint filed by the RTI activist.

Activist TJ Abraham will meet the Governor

According to the information, activist TJ Abraham may meet Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot at 3 pm today. However, no official information has been revealed about this.

These allegations are against the CM

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been accused of transferring a piece of land acquired by MUDA to his wife’s name. His wife was given a piece of land in a posh area of ​​Mysore. The market value of which is much higher than his own land. BJP is attacking the Congress government on this issue. They had also taken out a padyatra from Bengaluru to Mysore demanding the resignation of the CM.

The governor had issued a notice

Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot had issued a show cause notice on July 26 on the basis of a petition filed by advocate-activist TJ Abraham. In this, he had directed the CM to respond to the allegations leveled against him and explain why prosecution should not be allowed against him. After this, the Karnataka government had asked the Governor to withdraw the notice on August 1. The Karnataka government had accused the Governor of gross misuse of constitutional office.
