mParivahan app
mParivahan app is an official app launched by the Government of India that stores digital copies of driving licenses and vehicle registration certificates. Through this, you can always keep your driving license and RC in digital form on your phone. In many states, traffic police recognize it, which reduces the chances of being issued a challan.
DigiLocker App
DigiLocker is also a government app, where you can store all your important documents in digital form. This app is linked to your Aadhaar and important documents like driving license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance can be kept safe here. Through this app you can show your documents anywhere and it is also recognized by the police.
Google Maps
Google Maps helps in showing you the right path and through it you can also know traffic related updates. If you commit a traffic violation unknowingly, this app gives you correct directions so that you can easily follow the rules and avoid challan.
FASTag App
Fastag has now become mandatory on the National Highway. If your vehicle does not have Fastag, you may be charged additional fees. You can use the bank’s FASTag app to check and recharge your FASTag balance.
