Potato

1. First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Boil the potatoes and mash them well. Keep them aside for some time.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high flame.
4. Add a chopped onion and cook till it becomes soft, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 2 teaspoons garam masala.
5. Fry the onion well with spices for a minute.
6. Now add the mashed potatoes to the onion mixture. Add 3 tbsp water. Add washed chickpeas, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup frozen peas and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well for 2 minutes.
7. Divide the potato-chickpea mixture into tortillas. Place the filled tortillas on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for a good 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
