Aligarh’s Additional District Magistrate Judicial and In-charge Postal Ballot Akhilesh Yadav has said that under the Khair Assembly by-election, such polling personnel whose names are included in the voter list of Khair Assembly Constituency will be sent to the Voter Facilitation Center to vote through postal ballot. Eligible voters who have applied in Form 12 and who are voters of 71-Khair Assembly Constituency. They should ensure to vote by reaching the Facilitation Center on any day on 13, 14 and 16 November along with Voter ID or Office ID and photocopy of the Election Duty Letter.
