Raees is accused of killing a soldier in his own village
Siwan police may have reached from Saran for the custody of Sallu Miyan, but till now they have not been able to trace Rais Khan, the main accused in the murder of their constable Balmiki Yadav. Last year in September, when the police of Siwan police station area of Siwan had reached Gayaspur village to raid late night, the criminals fired indiscriminately on the police. In this, after the death of the soldier, a case was registered against Rais Khan of Gayaspur. One of Rais Khan’s brothers, Ayub Khan, who is infamous as Khan Brothers, is already in jail.
