Ingredients for making goat’s feet
Goat legs- 2-3
Water- 2-3 glasses
Onion paste- 1 small bowl
Garlic paste- 1-2 teaspoons
Ginger paste- 1-2 teaspoons
Tomato Chutney- 1 small bowl
Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
Kasoori Methi- 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander – 1 teaspoon
Oil- 2 spoons (approximately)
Salt- 1 teaspoon (as per taste)

How to make goat’s feet
To make goat paa at home, first get a pressure cooker. After this add water into the cooker. Then add 1 spoon salt in it and put the goat’s feet. Now boil on medium flame for about 40-50 minutes. By doing this the goat’s feet will be thoroughly cleaned. After this, take a pan and place it on the gas and add oil. When the oil is well heated, add garlic to it and fry it with the help of a ladle. Now add onion paste to it and fry till it turns golden. Then add ginger paste, tomato puree and all the spices and mix well.
Finally add goat legs and add water. After this let it boil for about 5-7 minutes. Then add Kasuri fenugreek and green coriander to it. In this way the Kharoda (Goat’s Feet) vegetable is ready. Now you can serve with roti, naan or rice.
