Chenaram ji says that in making the pulses, the famous chili of Soyla village of Jodhpur is used. are used. And he told that sesame oil or fortune oil is used.

Chenaram told that the moong is first soaked and kept as moong. After cleaning the moong, the moong is ground by hand on a stone slab. Later spices and onions are used in them. Then it is made by frying through oil. Chenaram ji says that I make dal ke vada only by following the recipe told by my father.

Chenaram told that whenever foreign tourists come to visit Khivansar fort. So you can come here and taste the elders. And the elders of lentils are also enjoyed by the local people here.

Babu Bhai’s famous dal elders stall is located at Khinvsar bus stand. And give 70 grams of Bade for ₹ 10 and sell Bade for ₹ 130 per kg. Daily business of 2500 to 3000 rupees is done. After the death of father, now this business is run by his son Chenaram.
