A horrific road accident has come to light on the national highway in Kishanganj district. Where a young man died tragically after being hit by a vehicle.
According to the information, this incident took place in Pauakhali police station area. Where around five in the evening, a speeding unknown vehicle hit a young pedestrian crossing the road. The young man was seriously injured in this accident. After the incident, a crowd of people gathered at the spot. Meanwhile, the unknown vehicle fled from the spot.
Here, people informed the local police about the matter. As soon as the information was received, Paukakhali police station reached the spot. Police and local people hurriedly got the injured youth admitted to a private hospital in Thakurganj. Where the doctors declared him dead after examination. The deceased has been identified as Fazrul Rehman (30), resident of Ward-8 of Mirbhittha. There is mourning in the area due to the incident. At the same time, the family members are in bad condition and crying.
Giving information on the matter, Police Station President Ashutosh Kumar said that the body of the deceased has been sent to Sadar Hospital Kishanganj for post-mortem. Also, an application has been given by the family members to the police station, after which the police has started investigating the unknown vehicle.
