Rajasthan News: The cases of accidents in Kota railways have been increasing continuously for some time, in Kota also a case of two rakes of a train getting derailed has come to light. Although there was no loss of life in this case but a major accident was averted. As soon as the railway officials got the information about the derailment of the rack, there was a stir in the railway administration. The officials reached the spot in a hurry and tried to clear the route.

There was chaos as soon as the news of two bogies of a goods train getting derailed at Gudla station of Keshavrai Patan of West Central Railway was received. As soon as the bogies got derailed, the railway administration was shocked. This is the Delhi Mumbai main line where big trains operate.

Two coaches of a goods train derailed on the down line between Gurla railway station and Northern Bypass overbridge. Two coaches were damaged which were removed and the main line has been cleared. This entire incident took place at 5.30 pm on Tuesday.

The train was going from Delhi to Mumbai

This train was going from Kota to Delhi and was carrying oil. Informed sources said that after leaving Kota, this train stopped at Gudla and after leaving from there, two of its wagons derailed.

Initially it is believed that the coaches have derailed near the point. Officials from the railway departments, local administration and police reached the spot and took control of the situation. The railway department is investigating the sudden derailment of two coaches. A team of officials and a technical team are investigating the incident site.

The other coaches of the goods train were separated and the two coaches were put on the track and after hours they were put on the track. Due to the coaches getting derailed on the down line, trains running on the Delhi Mumbai down line were affected, in which Nandadevi, Dehradun and Hanumangarh trains got delayed. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Rohit Malviya says that a committee has been formed in this matter and orders have been given for investigation.
